The Women's Room [Forum] - GIRLS Supporting Girls

Having your own business is a huge achievement and personally I'm very proud of what I have achieved so far, but I know there's still alot to do and there's always going to be something that I'm going to need help and even support with. So it could be said with selfish reasons, one of the things I really want to do through the LSL Liverpool Girls platform is to develop and get the community element of it going, letting all of us support one another in a central place.

So with that in mind, I just wanted to let you know a little bit about the LSL Liverpool Girls ‘forum’ (a word that I hate, too corporate for me), I've actually called the forum: The Woman's Room'. Within this is an array of topics which are female based, but the one that I want to highlight, is the Girls Supporting Girls section. Since starting up my own business I've become acutely aware of the solitareness of it, having to think on my own feet all the time, maybe you feel the same. That's why I'm introducing The Woman's Room to you all, (even though, I do need to start working on it) whether you're already in business or those of you're thinking about going into business, this section would be a great place to access ask questions, however silly you may feel they are, I can guarantee I'll be the one asking the silliest questions!!

I'm sure like me, you'll go through periods of self-doubt, again this would be a great place to come and get some support, or just a kind word, to say that looks great or even some constructive criticism, or "what do you think girls......?"

It's also a place to network and develop contacts. Over the last couple of weeks I've been able to meet up with amazing women, all of whom run their own businesses, but I've had a gap in my full -time work and this has allowed me to meet up with people, it's not always the case or possible to do that and chatting through this forum would be great.

How to Access The Woman's Room
